Privacy Policy

We collect the information you provide when you sign up and configure PounceX: your email address, business name, product description, ideal customer profile (ICP), pain points, monitored keywords, and X handle.

We also collect your voice profile — the tone, style preferences, example replies, phrases to avoid, and closing/CTA style you set in Voice Settings — which we use to personalize drafted replies to sound like you.

We also collect usage data such as which signals you review, approve, or dismiss, so we can improve scoring and reply quality.

Your product details, ICP, and keywords are used to scan X for relevant buying-intent tweets, score each match as HOT, WARM, or RESEARCH, and draft personalized replies in your voice.

Your voice profile is used specifically to shape the tone, phrasing, and structure of drafted replies — it is never shared with or used to influence any other customer's account.

We do not sell your data or use it to train models for other customers.

PounceX relies on a small number of trusted providers to operate: Supabase for data storage and authentication, twitterapi.io for retrieving public tweets, Anthropic (Claude) for AI-powered scoring and reply drafting, and Creem for payment processing and subscription management.

These providers process data only to the extent necessary to deliver their part of the PounceX service, under their own data-handling terms. We do not receive or store your full card number — Creem handles that directly and shares only your plan and subscription status with us.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile, voice settings, keywords, and signals are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

You may access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time from your account settings. You can also request a copy of your data or its deletion by contacting us.
